Flavia Spiroiu

Psychometrist 

Flavia Spiroiu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Lakehead University. Flavia has also completed doctoral-level coursework and training in Clinical and Health Neuroscience at McMaster University and the Margaret and Charles Juravinski Centre for Integrated Healthcare. She has accrued extensive experience working with children and adolescents over the years in various community, research, and clinical settings, including the Integra Foundation, SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health, Holland Bloorview Kids’ Rehabilitation Hospital, and McMaster Children’s Hospital. 

As a dedicated psychometrist, Flavia specializes in administering and scoring psychoeducational and ASD assessments to gain a comprehensive view of children’s cognitive abilities, academic skills, processing capabilities, and socio-emotional functioning. She strives to create a supportive and compassionate environment for children and adolescents during assessment, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. Flavia works closely with the clinic’s psychologists to interpret test results and provide detailed reports that inform treatment planning and diagnosis.
